Start earning rewards as soon as you place your first order! Every purchase of Enzyme Science products earns you points, which you can redeem at any time.

Please note: Points are earned only on Enzyme Science products. Points are not earned for Enzymedica products. Reward points can be redeemed on orders, including Enzyme Science and Enzymedica items.

The more you spend, the more you earn – to save on future orders. Here’s how it works:

  • 100 points can be redeemed for a reward worth $5 off your next order over $100
  • 250 points can be redeemed for a reward worth $25 off your next order over $250
  • 500 points can be redeemed for a reward worth $60 off your next order over $500
  • 1000 points can be redeemed for a reward worth $150 off your next order over $1,000
  • 2,500 points can be redeemed for a reward worth $500 off your next order over $2,500

How do I participate in the rewards program?

It’s easy. Log in to your Enzyme Science account. Once you’re registered with us, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points.

To view your account and points, simply log in to your Enzyme Science account and go to the Orders tab. At the top of the page, you’ll see a banner with your points.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points simply by purchasing the products you already use for your practice. Click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we may add great new ways for you to earn points. The more you spend, the more you earn – to save on future orders. Here’s how it works:

  • Spend $100 → earn 100 points → redeem for $5 off an order over $100
  • Spend $250 → earn 250 points → redeem for $25 off an order over $250
  • Spend $500 → earn 500 points → redeem for $60 off an order over $500
  • Spend $1,000 → earn 1,000 points → redeem for $150 off an order over $1,000
  • Spend $2,500 → earn 2,500 points → redeem for $500 off an order over $2,500

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your points for money off any Enzyme Science and Enzymedica products in your cart. The more points you save, the bigger the discount you can apply to a qualifying order.

Check the “Redeeming points at checkout” chart above to see how many points you need for each reward (for example, 100 points on a $100+ order = $5 off, 250 points on a $250+ order = $25 off, and so on).

Please note: only purchases of Enzyme Science formulas earn points; Enzymedica products do not accrue points.

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for rewards is quick and easy. First, log in to your account so we can recognize your points balance.

You only redeem points in “chunks” that match your reward tiers.

  • If you have at least 100 points → Add $100+ worth of any product to your cart → Get $5 off
  • If you have at least 250 points → Add $250+ worth of any product to your cart → Get $25 off
  • If you have at least 500 points → Add $500+ worth of any product to your cart → Get $60 off
  • If you have at least 1,000 points → Add $1,000+ worth of any product to your cart → Get $150 off
  • If you have at least 2,500 points → Add $2,500+ worth of any product to your cart → Get $500 off
Can I earn points by purchasing Enzymedica products?

No, you don’t earn points from buying Enzymedica products, but you do earn points on the entire Enzyme Science formula line.

How do I check my points balance?

You can see your up-to-date points balance any time by logging into your account and visiting the Orders tab.

Your points balance will also appear during checkout, so you’ll know how many points you have available before you place your order.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not. Participation is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. 

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you’re registered for a Shop account and logged in, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately.

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion.

Do my points expire?

No, your points will never expire.

How many points am I allowed to redeem at once?

You can redeem any reward your points balance qualifies for. Just refer to the “Redeeming points at checkout” chart above to see how many points you need for each discount (for example, 100 points for $5 off, 250 points for $25 off, etc.).

You can apply one reward per order — any remaining points will stay in your account for future purchases.

How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

What information do you collect from me when I participate in the program?

When you make a purchase, we collect information about that purchase, including the purchase date, the type of item that you bought and the amount you spent. We also collect any information you voluntarily provide in your account (your email address, name, social media information, birthday, etc.)

What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?

Sometimes you'll receive emails from us related to our rewards program that advertise new ways that we've designed to help you earn points. If you'd prefer not to receive those types of emails anymore, just click the “Unsubscribe” button when you receive your next email.
